These terms apply to Go Graft services supplied by Combute LP, company number LP014543, 4200 Waterside Centre, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YN. VAT number 123 5704 38.

1. The service

Go Graft is intended for people buying for a trade or business. Your selected package, the information you submit and the checkout confirmation form the order. You are responsible for checking names, contact details, sizes, colours, domain spelling and supplied content before payment.

2. Price and payment

Prices display any applicable VAT alongside the price. One-off packages must be paid in full before registration, design, production or provisioning begins. Monthly marketing plans renew each month until cancelled and advertising spend is separate unless expressly stated.

3. Immediate start, cancellation and refunds

By requesting immediate performance at checkout, you ask us to begin personalised design, digital and registration work before any applicable cancellation period ends. Personalised goods and work already completed cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once production or performance has begun. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for goods or services that are faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

4. Customer material and approvals

You confirm that submitted information is accurate and that you have permission to use uploaded names, logos, photographs, qualifications and other material. Generated previews are for approval. Screen colours and automatically positioned mock-ups can differ from the final print, embroidery or vinyl result.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own your registered domain, approved logo deliverables, supplied photographs, final website copy and completed exported website files. Go Graft retains its underlying platform, automation, reusable templates, code libraries and website generator.

6. Domains, hosting and email

A standard included domain is registered using the registrant details supplied. Premium domains and non-standard extensions cost extra. The first 12 months of standard hosting, SSL, domain management and one mailbox are included where stated. Continued service is offered at the renewal price shown before renewal. You must keep registrant and contact details accurate.

7. Physical products and fulfilment

Production begins after the necessary artwork, sizes, colours and delivery details are confirmed. If Go Graft makes a production error, tell us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or reprint. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by supplier or courier delays.

8. Monthly marketing

Advertising plans cover the management services listed in the selected plan. Media spend is agreed separately. A failed subscription payment may pause campaign work. You may ask to cancel future renewals; work already completed and advertising spend already committed remain payable.

9. Promotions

Promotions may have dates, eligibility rules, stock limits or a stated code. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. A free item is fulfilled with the qualifying paid order.

10. Go Graft directory

Directory inclusion is optional and subject to review. You remain responsible for listing accuracy. We may hide or remove misleading, unlawful, unavailable or inappropriate listings. Directory placement is not an endorsement or guarantee of a trader's work.

11. Moving away

You may move your domain and completed website elsewhere. Available brand files can be downloaded without charge. A managed transfer fee applies only where you ask us to prepare a complete export, coordinate DNS/domain handover or work with another provider; third-party and mailbox migration costs are additional and agreed first.

12. Third-party services

Payments, domains, hosting, email, delivery, social connections and AI features use third parties including Stripe, OpenSRS, Plesk, Meta and OpenAI. Their availability, reviews and policies can affect delivery. We will take reasonable steps to recover from failures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services.

13. Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
