Draft for professional legal review before launch. These terms describe the intended Go Graft service supplied by Combute LP, company number LP014543, 4200 Waterside Centre, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YN. VAT number 123 5704 38.

1. Business service

Go Graft is designed for customers purchasing for a trade or business. The selected package, supplied information and checkout confirmation form the order.

2. Payment and delivery

Package prices exclude VAT. Full payment is required before a new domain is registered or production begins. Website and domain provisioning starts automatically after cleared payment. Physical production begins after artwork and garment details are confirmed.

3. Customer-supplied material

You confirm that information is accurate and that you have permission to use uploaded logos, photographs, names, qualifications and other material. We do not independently verify every statement and will not knowingly publish misleading claims.

4. Ownership

After full payment, you own your registered domain, approved logo deliverables, supplied photographs, final website copy and the completed exported website files. Go Graft retains ownership of its underlying platform, automation, reusable templates, code libraries and website generator.

5. Domains

A new included standard domain is registered using the registrant details you provide. Premium domains and non-standard extensions cost extra. You remain responsible for keeping registrant details accurate and complying with the registry’s rules.

6. Hosting and renewal

The first 12 months of standard hosting, one mailbox, SSL and domain management are included. Continued service renews for £99 plus VAT per year unless a different price is agreed for a non-standard domain or service. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry.

7. Moving away

You may move your domain and completed website elsewhere. You may download your available brand files without charge. If you ask Go Graft to prepare the complete export, coordinate the domain/DNS handover and work with a new provider, a £99 plus VAT managed-transfer fee applies. Registry, premium support and mailbox migration charges are additional if required and will be agreed first.

8. Third-party services

Payments, domain registration, hosting, social feeds and AI generation depend on third-party services including Stripe, OpenSRS, Plesk, Meta and OpenAI. Google or Meta may require separate authorisation, verification or app approval. We are not responsible for outages or policy decisions outside our reasonable control.

9. Physical products

Colours can differ between screens and production methods. Vehicle graphics require accurate measurements or a verified vehicle template. Customer-approved personalised products cannot normally be resold, so issues should be reported promptly for review and reprint where we are at fault.

10. Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
