Information collected

We collect account and contact details, domain registrant information, business content, uploaded logos and photographs, orders, support communications, connection tokens and technical logs. Stripe processes card information; Go Graft does not store full card numbers.

Why it is used

Information is used to perform the service, register and manage domains, build and host websites, fulfil printed orders, provide support, prevent misuse, meet accounting obligations and send service or renewal messages. Marketing is sent only where permitted.

Service providers

Relevant information may be shared with infrastructure, payment, registrar, email, delivery, AI and social-platform providers only as needed to provide the requested service. Domain-registration data is handled according to the applicable registrar and registry rules.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a supported account, access tokens are encrypted and used to retrieve content you choose to display. You can revoke platform access through the relevant provider or request disconnection from Go Graft.

Retention and security

We retain active-account information while the service is supplied and retain financial and contractual records where required. Access controls, encryption for stored integration credentials and protected storage are used to reduce risk.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, disconnect integrations or ask questions by emailing enquiries@gograft.co.uk.

The application uses essential session and security cookies for sign-in, checkout and onboarding. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should not be enabled until a consent mechanism is configured.
